Instructions for Adding “We Support...” Bug to Your Website
This is a multi-stepped process that will require working with the person who maintains your website.
1.Open root file in a html text editor. This may be seen as index.html, index.htm, index.php, or a variation of these
2.Before the </head> tag add the following code:
<style media="screen" type="text/css"> .float_banner { position:fixed; bottom: 5px;
right: 10px; z-index:1000; back-color:transparent; overflow:hidden; } </style>
3.Before the </body> code, add the following code:
<div class="float_banner"><a href="http:// www.chicagoculturalplan2012.com" target="_new"><img src= "http://www.goweetu.com/ccp/bug/supportccp2012.png" alt="We Support Chicago Cultural Plan 2012" height="125" width="125" /></a></div>
4.Save file
5.Upload to your server
6. Check your website (this may require that you refresh page) Image should now appear in button at the bottom right of your page. This bug will be a hot link that will open a new page to the Chicago Cultural Plan 2012 social media hub.
